Restaurant Spotlight: Pizza Factory

There is nothing like the Breadtwist at The Pizza Factory. I'm telling you, these things are great! They take a stick and wrap the dough around it. They then serve it in a vase and put it on your table. It is topped with cheese and garlic salt. It really sets the restaurant apart from other pizza places.

We had the lunch special, mini pizza with a trip to the salad bar. The pizza was delicious. The crust was crisp on the bottom, but fluffy on the top. The proportions of the tomato sauce to toppings was perfect. The sauce had a nice tanginess to it. The lunch special comes with one topping, but you can upgrade for a little more. I had a pineapple one and really enjoyed to taste of the fruit with the cheese and sauce.

The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. It was nice to have something light and summery with the pizza and Breadtwist. It is a full salad bar with green salad toppings and pre-made salads.
