Next time you are in Eagle Mountain stop by Los 2 Amigos at 3563 E Ranch Rd for some great Mexican food! Must tries at Los 2 Amigos are the Chile Verde, Taco Salad, and Chimichanga. I had the Taco Salad and really enjoyed it. The beef was perfectly flavored and everything was fresh! I am a big salsa person and theirs is made fresh everyday. The restaurant itself is very cute inside; it's a fun atmosphere to eat in. There are traditional costumes hanging on the wall as well as artwork. They are open from 11:00 am-9:00 pm.
