Weekend Roundup

It's time for the 28th Annual Springville World Folkfest. It brings the color and excitement of traditional folk dance and music from around the world to Springville. It is the largest festival of folk dance and music in the United States! The Festival features approximately 300 performers dressed in the brilliantly colored costumes of their native lands. Each group has their own band to play for them. The performances will be held on an outdoor stage located at Spring Acres Arts Park in Springville. Before the performances enjoy treats from around the world at the international food booths.
Another event we are excited for this weekend is the Hotter than Heck 2014 Century ride. That's right this weekend you can watch as brave souls ride a 100 miles around Utah Lake. Events start at 5:30 a.m. with registration. First riders should be finishing the 100 miles around 10:30 in Lehi.
