Timpanogos Storytelling Festival:

Fall is coming and with that comes:
The 23rd Annual Timpanogos Storytelling Festival
Coming to life from August 30-September 1st

The event has become a highly-talked about subject across the entire country and you can't miss the giant white tents up at the Timpanogos Park in Provo Canyon when you go on a fall drive. Skilled storytellers from across the country venture out to the Valley to tell their tales in this festival, which is the LARGEST storytelling festival in the nation! We want to come right out and say that there is all the reason to gravitate toward those tents at the Timpanogos Park and SCERA Shell Theater in Orem because this is an event that you HAVE to experience.

Be part of the crowd! Immerse yourself in the shadow of the great Mount Timpanogos to hear voices echo across the valley.

The schedule of events goes like this:

Thursday-
  • Storytelling Workshops are perfect for teachers, genealogists, speakers and performers alike.
Friday and Saturday-
  • Featured national storytellers continually performing on five stages from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Between stories, enjoy live acoustic music, relish eclectic Utah restaurants, and sample memorable entertainment.
  • Evening storytelling concerts begin Thursday and continue Friday and Saturday with programs for all ages. (See Festival schedule for complete details).
Check out some of our pictures we took this past year! Enjoy :)
