Weekend Round-up

We're keeping things simple this week for our weekend round-up! We apologize, no pictures this week--our interface is doing crazy things (its ready for the long weekend too).  But here are some highlights we wanted to share-if you are staying home this weekend, you can celebrate! Yes it's freezing, but there are too many great things going on to let it get cha' down.  You can find all the details for all of these great dates and plenty of other things by visiting our calendar of events section on our website.  You can find that by clicking here.

Phantom of the Opera

BYU
This week, one of our lucky employees won free tickets to this show in a Facebook contest! She was thrilled to say the least, and had nothing but great things to say about this performance.  This group is amazing! This show kicks off the winter show schedule and the storyline needs no introduction.

BYU Men's Volleyball vs Irvine

January 18, 2013
BYU is taking on #1 Irvine tonight! Trust us, you'll want to be there. We went last week and were floored by the performance of these athletes.  Get there early because seats fill up fast!

Sundance Night Owling

January 18, 2013
Sundance Resort
This is an experience we are antsy to take part in! The group of "owlers" go out with a professional guide on the Sundance snow shoe trails, and wildlife experts use calls to real in the owls of the area.  They even bring some real-life trained owls out for you to learn about them! How cool is that? Don't forget to bundle up!

Ophir-Tintic & Western Model Railroad Club

January 18 - 19, 2013
Thanksgiving Point Show Barn
A long strident whistle, a puff of steam and Utah County's largest model train show is underway! This is the 21st annual Ophir-Tintic & Western Model Railroad Club show and is definitely something unique to take part in this weekend. There is even a train made entirely from Legos that will go on display to steal the hearts of the young and old! Kids are free for the event (11 & under) and adults are $5.00, so if you are looking for an inexpensive way to stay entertained in a warm building this weekend--this is your place!

BYU Women's Swimming vs. Oregon State

January 18, 2013

BYU Men's Basketball vs San Diego

January 19, 2013
